• My mock up doesn’t look right, how do I make it look the way I want?

Because of the limited ability of our uniform builder, sometimes your logo or uniform will not look exactly how you want it.  Get the design as close as possible, then include in your notes (located in the “Extras” tab) any adjustments you need.  Once you submit your order, a local sales rep in your area will help you iron out all the details.

• The uniform style I want is not available?

No. If the uniform style you want is not available in our stock options, simply email pictures of the uniform style you want, along with a description of the changes for your team to sales@garbathletics.com.  We will custom make any uniform style, for no additional charge.

• How do I upload custom artwork?

Click on the “Extras” tab, then the browse button and find the artwork you would like to upload.  Once the artwork is uploaded, write in the notes box below the placement of the artwork and any additional details.

• What happens when I press submit? 

Once you press submit, our sales team looks over your submission and finish any extra details, and then we pass your mock up along to a local sales rep in your area to complete the order.  They will contact you to iron out all the details.

• What is the price of my uniform?

All prices listed on our website are MSRP.  Once you submit your order, a local sales rep will contact you about our 1 set price guarantee.  This is a call you want to take because it will be great news for your budget.

• How do I pay for these uniforms?

You will work with a sales rep in your area to arrange payment.

• Are these my only font options?

No.  We can manufacture any font you would like.  Simply upload the custom logo you want through the “Extras” tab.

• Why won’t it submit?

• Are these the only colors available?

No.  We can customize just about any color you are looking for in most of our fabrics.  No additional charge.

• Logo doesn’t look right?

• Will my uniform colors look exactly like the mock up?

These mock ups are computer generated, so colors will vary slightly.  If you have any concerns, once your order is submitted a local sales rep will contact you to iron out any of these problems.
