“It’s really like a new season.” Coach meant that all the shifting around this year; we have an incredible new lineup. Jules Thomas changed schools and had to quit. Marky Adams had a knee surgery and the doctor told him he couldn’t play for the rest of the season. This was our guard and our center. So midway through, this resulted in Coach having to rework they positions. We didn’t really have a center, but I told coach I would give it a shot. That resulted in him filling my spot and so forth. We had a lot of extra practices to adjust. It turned out to be the best season ever for the ‘your team’. And now I can say I play center.
